Combi, System or Regular Boiler?
Choosing the right boiler type makes a real difference to your home's comfort and running costs. A combi boiler heats water on demand — ideal for smaller homes and flats in Medway where space is limited. There's no need for a hot water cylinder or cold water tank.
For larger Medway homes with multiple bathrooms, a system boiler paired with a hot water cylinder provides better flow rates when several taps or showers are in use simultaneously. A regular (heat-only) boiler suits homes that already have a cylinder and don't want to change the entire system.

On installation day our Gas Safe engineers arrive at the agreed time, remove and dispose of your old boiler, fit the new unit, commission the system, and test every radiator and hot water outlet before leaving. We tidy up completely.
Finally, we register the manufacturer warranty in your name, complete the Building Regulations notification, and give you a full handover — including how to use your new controls and what to do if anything ever needs attention.
